Little people achieving big things

Again another beautiful day in North Wales, with Blue Peris seeing some of its little adventurers achieving spectacular things. We have seen all of our groups overcoming challenges with two groups braving the cold of the gorge, two groups exploring the deep dark mines, and two groups over coming their fear of heights whilst climbing. We certainly are excited for another fantastic day tomorrow!

From littrle Acorns come great adventures!

From Gorge walking to orienteering with a little bit of raft building, today groups had an amazing time here in North Wales. 6 groups of children leaving here with smiles on there faces and coming back with even bigger smiles, a few cold ones though from the Gorge but they all had a great time. We had 2 groups go on a underground adventure exploring some mines and are all back and ready for some food! Looking forward to tomorrow is all everyone is saying here at Blue Peris. What a great day :)

Little Legs!

We've had an amazing time out with the year 5's today, pushing their legs to the limit!
We managed to get down some mines ( which suityed them well due to their small stature!), up some gorges and up some climbs.
Makes you relaise just how big some of these things appear to the younger groups we have at the centre.

But what they lacked in height, they made up for in determination and laughter!

Learning useful map and life skills.

Triumphant team mine!

The showers are a bit basic at Blue Peris

But the bath is second to none!

Mining fun!
